- Access to the Scientific Program and meeting documentation*
- Refreshments at coffee-breaks
- Lunches (Tuesday - Thursday)

- One day excursion to Furnas Lagoon and to the oldest, and currently only, tea plantation in Europe (Gorreana).

- For any cancellation received before June 5, 2017: refund of fee minus an administrative fee of EUR 100.
- For any cancellation received after June 5, 2017: no refund
